Meet the friendly, experienced team here at ALLKIND Joinery & Glass.
At ALLKIND, we take great pride in providing up-to-date training to all our staff to ensure the in-house skills, developed over generations, are maintained. This also ensures our staff provide you with 5-star customer service and unparalleled product quality.
Some of our key staff members have been with us for over 25 years – a testimony to the strength and skill level within our company.
Richard commenced his employment at ALLKIND in 1981 as an apprentice cabinetmaker. After obtaining his Trade Certificate, Richard gained valuable experience working throughout both the Cabinetry and Joinery workshops.
Richard is a Director of ALLKIND, and is responsible for overseeing sales, marketing, estimating and administration. Richard is also involved in several industry bodies, including Brisbane North Chamber of Commerce and WADIC (Windows and Doors Industry Council).
Gerard commenced with ALLKIND in 2003. Gerard is a licensed builder and has extensive experience in building and business management.
Gerard is a Director of the company, and is responsible for overseeing manufacturing in the Cabinet and Joinery factories, contracts management, purchasing and installations.
Senior Consultant (Joinery)
Robert began working at ALLKIND in 1980, with a Trade Certificate in wood machining. He worked solidly to the position of Joinery Foreman until 2001. Robert is now a Senior Joinery Consultant and Estimator, and his experience and knowledge of the industry is paramount.
Production Manager (Joinery)
Shane started at ALLKIND in 1995 as an apprentice wood machinist. After completing his Trade Certificate and gaining many years of experience working throughout the Joinery factory, Shane was appointed as Production Manager (Joinery) in 2003.
Shane is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Joinery factory.
Drafting and Production Facilitator
Phil started at ALLKIND in 2003 as an apprentice wood machinist, and has worked his way through the company to his current role as Drafting and Production Facilitator.
Phil is responsible for site measuring, shop drawings and overseeing the progress of Joinery projects.
Senior Consultant (Joinery and Cabinetry)
Angelo began his employment with ALLKIND in 2004. He has a Trade Certificate and extensive industry experience in wood machining, cabinet making, furniture making and shop fitting – making his contribution to the ALLKIND team of substantial benefit to our clients.
In his position as Senior Consultant (Joinery and Cabinetry), Angelo is responsible for sales and estimating within both the Joinery and the Cabinetry departments. He has also been appointed as the head of the Cabinetry sales team.
Consultant (Joinery )
Ben began his employment with ALLKIND in 2016. He has a trade certificate and extensive industry experience in wood machining, timber joinery, aluminium and metal fabrication. With his excellent customer service and sales skills he is a very valuable and key member of the ALLKIND team.
Ben is responsible for sales and estimating within the Timber Joinery department.
Consultant (Joinery and Cabinetry)
Dameon started at ALLKIND in 2011 as a Cabinetry Consultant, and shifted to commence his current role as Consultant (Joinery and Cabinetry) in 2015. He’s responsible for sales and estimating within both the Joinery and the Cabinetry departments. Dameon brings to the team a wealth of industry knowledge, with 25yrs of experience in a wide range of roles ranging from the factory floor to management. His specialty skill set is derived from his background in kitchens, cabinet making and shopfitting. Dameon also has studies in business and Trade Certificates in Cabinet Making and Joinery.
Brynnie commenced her employment with ALLKIND in 2010. She is responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable and receivable. Brynnie brings with her a wealth of experience in her field, and is a valuable member of the ALLKIND team.
Benita commenced her employment with ALLKIND in 2016. She has a wealth of experience across the administration, accounting and marketing areas. Benita is responsible for all aspects of the reception area and assists with the multi-media marketing and accounts.
